Wash and prep swiss chard leaves. Sautee garlic and onion in a little olive oil. Add chopped swiss chard and sautee till just wilted. Let cool. Toss with 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup grated cheese, and 1 beaten egg. Add a little salt and pepper. Put mixture into store-bought pie crust (Millstone Market sells great frozen whole wheat pie crusts). Bake at 375 degrees until lightly browned and the middle is not liquid-y (about 45 minutes).
