Today was our first seeding in the greenhouse. Many of our transplants are grown by another farmer up the road. We start all our own brassicas (broccoli, cabbage, kale), head lettuce, herbs, flowers. In a few days we will start to see green cotyledons popping out of the trays. Spring is just around the corner.
